Manager / New Urbanism Designer:
DPZ
Charlotte is seeking a highly capable and self-motivated team member to
assist with our IT and design needs.
The position includes the following requirements:
- Hold a degree in
Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or Planning, with at least 2
years design experience in a planning and/or architecture firm.
- Possess a strong background
and knowledge in Macintosh hardware, operating system and network
variants capable of managing a small office IT needs.
- Basic understanding and
experience with IP security in the form of Firewalls.
- Software competency with
Microsoft Office and Macintosh products, which may include, Photoshop,
InDesign, AutoCAD, iphoto,
and others.
- Formal education in IT
and/or computer science is not necessary but desirable.
- Designer responsibilities
may include architecture design, charrette
team member participation, urban design development, enforcement of
project design standards, miscellaneous design tasks, and
miscellaneous tasks associated with working in a small office (phones,
supplies, errands).
Annual salary commensurate with candidate’s experience.
